After months of waiting, tomorrow "Destiny's Choice" comes out! There's so much I could say about it, but I'll let readers decide for themselves how they like it and then talk more about some of the themes and ideas later. In the meantime, here's a totally, 100% cherry picked review from one of the Ylva ARC reviewers, "M the avid reader" (edited for the best bits):
Best of the series so far
I've read all the books in this series so far (as they were released) and enjoyed this one most of all. There were bits of recap that stirred my memory about events that took place in the previous books which was helpful. I'd suggest readers new to the series read them back to back as close together as possible to keep details fresh in mind and for fuller appreciation and enjoyment of the plot arcs; time permitting I would have re-read books one and two right before starting this one...The author has a knack for writing characters with imperfections, who are unknowingly indoctrinated by propaganda from their homeland, and have their perceptions/attitudes skewed and then challenged by it...If you want to read strong female characters with believable flaws, an abundance of action and intrigue in stories with a GoT feel to them I suggest giving this series a try.
